Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Policy
All appointments require a deposit. Deposit does not need to be paid until I confirm time/date is available.
Without a deposit you do NOT have an appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your appointment's total cost.
If you cancel your appointment within 24hrs of your original appointment time, I will SAVE your deposit for when you reschedule. ​If you fail to cancel within the 24hr window, you will LOSE your deposit and will be required to send an additional deposit if you choose to reschedule. If your appointment total cost is $59 or under, your deposit is $10. If you appointment total cost is $60 or more, your deposit is $20.
